Where we ship
We ship everywhere in Canada. We do not ship outside the country at this time.
Processing times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. These times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or in bad weather.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are fixed by province, and shipping becomes free once your order reaches the minimum shown.
- Quebec and Ontario: $12.99, free from $100
- New Brunswick: $12.99, free from $125
- N.S., P.E.I. and Manitoba: $16.99, free from $150
- Alberta and Saskatchewan: $18.99, free from $175
- Newfoundland and Labrador: $19.99, free from $175
- British Columbia: $20.99, free from $200
Estimated delivery times: 2 to 5 business days in Eastern Canada and Manitoba, and 5 to 8 business days for Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Newfoundland and Labrador.
For Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Free shipping thresholds are calculated before taxes and container deposits.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or damaged package
Write to us at support@nouvellesoif.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and make sure you are not left stuck with the problem.
Incorrect address
Double-check your address before confirming. A package returned because of an incorrect address may incur reshipping fees.
