Shipping

We ship everywhere in Canada. Shipping rates are fixed by province, and shipping becomes free once your order reaches the minimum shown.

Estimated delivery times: 2 to 5 business days in Eastern Canada and Manitoba, and 5 to 8 business days for Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Newfoundland and Labrador.

For Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Free shipping thresholds are calculated before taxes and container deposits.

Returns

Because our products are food items, non-alcoholic drinks and spirits cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of an error on our part or if the product arrived damaged.

If your order is incomplete, incorrect or a product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@nouvellesoif.com.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

• your order number;
• a brief description of the issue;
• photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.

After reviewing your request, and depending on the situation, we may:

• issue a refund;
• offer store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions above.

Is it really 0.0%?

Yes. The products in our catalogue are non-alcoholic (0.0%). Each product page states it clearly.
